Company intelligence / Profile preview
Co-op Health was a digital pharmacy and prescription management service launched by the UK-based Co-operative Group. The service allowed patients to manage and order repeat prescriptions through a mobile application or website, with options for home delivery or collection from local pharmacies. The business was established following the Co-op's 2018 acquisition of the healthcare technology startup Dimec. In March 2021, the service was acquired by Phoenix UK, the parent company of Rowlands Pharmacy and Numark, to bolster its digital pharmacy capabilities. Following the acquisition, the platform was rebranded as 'Hey Pharmacist' and integrated into Phoenix UK's pharmacy network.
