Coe Laboratories is a historic dental materials company that played a pivotal role in the development of modern prosthodontic and periodontal supplies. Founded in 1928 and headquartered in Illinois, the company established itself as a leader in the production of impression materials, denture liners, and surgical dressings. Its most iconic product, Coe-Pak, remains a staple in periodontal surgery as a non-eugenol wound dressing. Following its acquisition by the Japanese dental giant GC Corporation in 1988, the company's operations were integrated into GC America. The Coe brand name is still utilized for a wide range of clinical dental products sold globally.
