Overview
CollaGenex developed Oracea®, the first FDA-approved systemic therapy for rosacea. Clinical trials showed significant reduction in inflammatory lesions compared to placebo. Other pipeline products included incyclinide for acne/rosacea and COL‑118 for erythema of rosacea[6][7]. The company also marketed Periostat® for periodontitis.
