College Diabetes Network

The Diabetes Link, formerly known as the College Diabetes Network (CDN), is a national non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young adults living with diabetes. Founded in 2009, the organization provides a peer-support network, expert-reviewed resources, and leadership opportunities to help individuals aged 17-30 navigate the transition to independent diabetes management. The Link operates chapters on over 150 college campuses and maintains an extensive online community and resource hub. By partnering with major healthcare organizations and industry leaders, it aims to bridge the gap between clinical care and the lived experience of young adults with diabetes.
