Collage Rehabilitation Partners is a leading national provider of post-acute rehabilitation services specializing in multidisciplinary treatment for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and other complex neurological conditions. Formed in 2020 through the merger of ReMed and Learning Services, the company offers a comprehensive continuum of care that includes residential rehabilitation, neurobehavioral treatment, supported living, day treatment, outpatient clinics, and home and community-based therapies. Collage operates across 13 states, utilizing specialized clinical teams to design individualized, agile treatment plans that help patients regain independence and transition back into real-life environments. In March 2025, the company was acquired by the private equity firm Renovus Capital Partners from Baird Capital.
