Colorado Community Health Alliance

Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) is a Regional Accountable Entity (RAE) that manages care for Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid program) members in Regions 6 and 7. Founded in 2010 as a partnership between local healthcare organizations, including Centura Health, Children's Hospital Colorado, and Jefferson Center for Mental Health, CCHA integrates physical and behavioral health services. The organization provides comprehensive care coordination, practice support for providers, and a robust network of community resources to improve health outcomes. CCHA serves several counties in the Denver metro area and surrounding regions, focusing on a community-based approach to healthcare delivery. By streamlining services and focusing on preventative care, CCHA aims to enhance the member experience while managing the total cost of care for the state.
