Colorado Springs Health Partners (CSHP) was one of the largest multi-specialty physician groups in Colorado, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Pikes Peak region. Founded in 1946, the organization offered a wide range of services including primary care, urgent care, and over 20 medical specialties, supported by ancillary services like laboratory and diagnostic imaging. In 2014, CSHP was acquired by DaVita HealthCare Partners, and subsequently became part of Optum following UnitedHealth Group's acquisition of DaVita Medical Group in 2019. Today, its clinics and providers operate as part of the Optum Colorado network, focusing on integrated, value-based care delivery.
