Commercial Lab Partners

Commercial Lab Partners (CLP) was a full-service medical laboratory provider headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida. The company offered a comprehensive suite of diagnostic services, including clinical chemistry, hematology, immunology, and anatomical pathology, primarily serving the physician office market. In December 2015, CLP was acquired by Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL), a division of the global diagnostics company Sonic Healthcare. This acquisition allowed CPL to significantly expand its service capabilities and geographic presence within the Florida healthcare market. Following the acquisition, CLP's operations were integrated into the CPL network, and the brand was eventually retired.
