Commonwealth Orthopaedics was a leading orthopedic and rehabilitation practice based in Northern Virginia, providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care to the Mid-Atlantic region. The practice specialized in a wide array of services, including sports medicine, joint replacement, spine surgery, hand and upper extremity care, and physical therapy. In 2015, Commonwealth Orthopaedics merged with West End Orthopaedic Clinic and other regional groups to form OrthoVirginia, creating the largest independent orthopedic practice in the state. Prior to the merger, it operated numerous clinical locations and was recognized for its high-volume surgical expertise and integrated rehabilitation services.
