Community Clinic Consortium

San Francisco Community Clinic Consortium (SFCCC) is a non-profit partnership of 12 community health centers that serves as the largest provider of primary care safety net services in San Francisco. Founded in 1982, the consortium coordinates a network of nearly 30 sites providing comprehensive healthcare to over 110,000 patients annually, including low-income, uninsured, and homeless populations. SFCCC operates several key programs such as Street Outreach Services (SOS), the National Health Corps (NHC) AmeriCorps program, and the Area Health Education Center (AHEC). The organization focuses on policy advocacy, workforce development, and health information technology to improve the quality and accessibility of community-based care. It also collaborates with academic institutions like UCSF on clinical research and public health initiatives.
