Community Health Clinic Ole

OLE Health is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides comprehensive primary care services to residents of Napa and Solano counties in California. Founded in 1972 to serve the local farmworker population, the organization has grown into a multi-site provider offering medical, dental, behavioral health, optometry, and pharmacy services. OLE Health operates on a patient-centered medical home model, ensuring accessible and high-quality care regardless of a patient's insurance status or ability to pay. In 2023, OLE Health merged with CommuniCare Health Centers to form CommuniCare+OLE, creating one of the largest community health providers in the North Bay and Sacramento Valley regions.
