Community Health of South Florida

Community Health of South Florida (CHI) is a non-profit healthcare organization and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has served Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties since 1971. The organization provides a comprehensive suite of primary and specialized medical services, including family medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, dental care, and pharmacy services.
