Comprehensive Autism Center is a California-based autism services provider focused on applied behavior analysis, diagnostic evaluations, parent coaching, telehealth, and related early-intervention services for children with autism and developmental delays. Founded in 2008 by Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Andrea Macken, the company built a regional presence in Southern California through center-based and in-home care models. The business was acquired in 2019 by Speech Pathology Group, a Ridgemont Equity Partners portfolio company, and later became part of Unison Therapy Services. As of late March 2026, public reporting indicates the company planned to close two of its three clinics while continuing operations in Temecula, California. The company is a healthcare services organization rather than a drug-development biotech or pharma company.
