Comprehensive Cancer Cells Diagnostics LLC was a Baltimore-based biotechnology company focused on developing advanced diagnostic methods for the detection and identification of cancer cells in blood samples. In collaboration with researchers at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Cancer Center and MXF Technologies, the company worked on coupling liquid biopsy techniques with specialized X-ray technology to improve the sensitivity of circulating tumor cell (CTC) detection. The company's primary goal was to provide a more comprehensive and non-invasive way to monitor cancer progression and treatment response. Although it received funding through the Maryland Industrial Partnerships (MIPS) program, the company is no longer active.
