Compremium’s lead product, the CPMX1 system, is FDA 510(k)-cleared for non-invasive measurement of muscle/tissue compressibility to aid diagnosis of compartment syndromes and other soft tissue conditions. The device has been validated in over 40 clinical studies and is used both clinically on Earth and as a research tool by NASA on the International Space Station. Early clinical results show improved diagnostic accuracy for pressure-related conditions with potential to reduce missed/delayed diagnoses
