The company's flagship technology, the BC-2100 system, utilized sensitive infrared sensors and sophisticated algorithms to detect heat patterns associated with increased vascularity in cancerous breast tissue. CTI positioned its technology as an adjunct to mammography, aiming to reduce the number of unnecessary biopsies by providing additional physiological data.
