The Novasight Hybrid System combines intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography to provide simultaneous, co-linear imaging of coronary arteries. It has received regulatory approvals from the US FDA, Health Canada, China’s NMPA, and Japan’s MHLW. The next-generation AI-enhanced version aims for further clinical adoption. Clinical use includes improved visualization for plaque burden assessment, stent sizing/assessment, calcified lesions, restenosis/thrombus evaluation. The Foresight ICE system provides advanced intracardiac echocardiography with both side and forward viewing capabilities. Over fifty clinical cases have been performed with the ICE system.
