Concord Acquisition

NeuroGen (officially Concord Acquisition (HK) Limited) is a biopharmaceutical company focused on neurology, pain management, and allergy. Launched in late 2024 through the $680 million acquisition of UCB's mature neurology and allergy business in China by CBC Group and Mubadala, the company manages a portfolio of established brands including Keppra, Vimpat, and Zyrtec. NeuroGen operates a manufacturing facility in Zhuhai and has a commercial presence across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. The company is also expanding its innovative pipeline, notably through a 2025 licensing agreement with Xgene Pharma for the non-opioid analgesic XG005. NeuroGen aims to address unmet medical needs in neurology and pain through both its commercial platform and R&D initiatives.
