The Concours Institute was the research and education arm of The Concours Group, a management consulting firm that specialized in business strategy, information technology, and healthcare service delivery. The Institute was particularly noted for its extensive research into the future of healthcare, producing influential reports on hospital evolution, physician roles, and the patient experience. Its work focused on helping healthcare executives navigate the transition toward patient-centered care and digital transformation. In 2008, the parent organization was acquired by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and the Institute's functions were subsequently integrated into CSC's global healthcare consulting practice.
