Confidio was a U.S.-based technology-enabled pharmacy benefits consulting company focused on helping employers, benefit advisors, health plans, labor unions, and other stakeholders optimize pharmacy benefit spend and clinical outcomes. The company emerged from the 2018 combination and rebranding of Heritage Rx and HORIZON Health Ventures, bringing together procurement, pharmacy audit, strategic consulting, analytics, and clinical optimization services. Its offerings centered on pharmacy benefit management advisory rather than drug development, with services designed to reduce drug costs, improve member safety, and enhance benefit performance. In 2021, Confidio was acquired by RxBenefits and ceased operating as an independent company.
