Conjugate Bio

Conjugate Bio is a South Korean biotechnology company dedicated to the development of next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for the treatment of various cancers. Spun off from Seoul National University, the company utilizes a proprietary platform that focuses on site-specific conjugation and optimized linker-payload technologies to improve the therapeutic window of ADC candidates. Their lead program, CJB-101, is a Claudin 18.2-targeting ADC currently in pre-clinical development for gastric and pancreatic cancers. Additionally, the company is advancing CJB-102, which targets TROP-2, alongside other undisclosed programs in its oncology pipeline. Conjugate Bio aims to address the limitations of first-generation ADCs by enhancing stability and reducing off-target toxicities.
