The Contract Research Organisation Service Alliance (CROSA) was a strategic network of independent European contract research organizations designed to provide comprehensive clinical trial services across multiple countries. By pooling the resources and local expertise of its member firms, CROSA offered pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients a single point of contact for managing complex, multinational clinical development programs.
