Convoy Therapeutics developed a proprietary peptide-based transdermal drug delivery platform enabling efficient transport and retention of both small molecules and biologic drugs into the dermal layer. Its lead assets included CycloPsorb™ (topical cyclosporine A for psoriasis) and Khalay HA™ (hyaluronic acid cosmetic). The company’s SPACE peptide technology was non-invasive, non-toxic, and designed to overcome limitations in topical administration. One asset reached commercialization via partners; others remained preclinical or near clinical entry at the time of acquisition. The company was acquired by CTX Technology Inc.
