Cooperative CL Enterprises (COOP) was a prominent distributor of radiotherapy and oncology equipment based in Taipei, Taiwan. For over 40 years, the company served as the primary representative for Varian Medical Systems in the Taiwanese market, providing essential distribution, storage, and technical support for advanced cancer treatment technologies. In May 2018, the company was acquired by Varian Medical Systems to establish a direct presence in the region and enhance clinical research collaborations with local hospitals. Following the acquisition, the entity was integrated into Varian's operations as Varian Taiwan, which is now part of Siemens Healthineers.
