Cornerstone Specialty Network

Cornerstone Specialty Network aggregates independent community-based oncology practices into the largest such network in the U.S., providing value-added services including group purchasing power for specialty drugs/biologics, educational resources for providers and patients, real-world data collection programs ("Practice Patterns"), market research capabilities for life science companies (advisory boards/focus groups/surveys), clinical benchmarking tools for members, and support to maintain independence of local cancer centers. In April 2024 it merged with Altus Biologics, Remedy GPO and Health Coalition Inc. to form Provider Network Holdings under Waud Capital Partners ownership. It does not itself run drug development programs or clinical trials as a sponsor.
