Founded in 1979, the company grew into a market leader with an extensive network of clinics across Spain, Portugal, Italy, and the United Kingdom. Its service portfolio included plastic surgery, hair restoration, laser treatments, and specialized obesity programs. The company achieved a significant milestone in 2005 by becoming the first aesthetic medicine firm to go public on the Spanish stock exchange. However, following the 2008 financial crisis and subsequent decline in consumer spending, the company faced severe financial distress and ultimately entered liquidation in 2015.
