CorticoMetrics is a private U.S. neurotechnology and software company developing quantitative tools to measure brain health and support neurological assessment. Its commercial Brain Gauge products use touch-based sensory testing to generate objective measurements of brain performance for clinic, sports, and at-home use. The company is also developing THINQ, a software-as-a-medical-device neuroimaging platform that derives brain morphometrics from MRI data to assist neuroradiologists and clinicians. CorticoMetrics appears to be focused on digital diagnostics and decision-support rather than therapeutics, with applications spanning concussion, traumatic brain injury, dementia, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, hydrocephalus, ADHD, chronic pain, and related neurological conditions.
