Covenant Medical Center

Covenant Medical Center is a premier tertiary care hospital located in Lubbock, Texas, and serves as the flagship facility for the Covenant Health system. Established in 1998 through the merger of Methodist Hospital and St. Mary of the Plains Hospital, the center provides a wide array of specialized medical services, including advanced cardiology, oncology, neurosciences, and orthopedics. As a member of the Providence health system, it serves a vast 62-county region across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. The facility is recognized as a Magnet-designated hospital for nursing excellence and is home to the region's only Comprehensive Stroke Center.
