CPESN Tennessee

CPESN Tennessee is a clinically integrated network of independent community pharmacies across the state of Tennessee. The network focuses on providing enhanced pharmacy services that go beyond traditional medication dispensing, such as medication synchronization, adherence packaging, and comprehensive medication reviews. By coordinating care with patients, providers, and payers, CPESN Tennessee aims to improve health outcomes and reduce the total cost of care. It operates as part of the national CPESN USA movement, utilizing standardized service protocols and the Pharmacist eCare Plan to document clinical interventions. The network represents over 150 pharmacies across more than 50 counties, serving as a critical link in the healthcare delivery system, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
