Credible Behavioral Health

Credible Behavioral Health is a healthcare IT company focused on software for behavioral health and human services providers rather than a drug-development biotech company. The company developed a cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record and practice management platform used by clinic, community, residential, and mobile care providers for clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, e-prescribing, reporting, and analytics. Credible was founded in 2000 in Rockville, Maryland and became well known in the U.S. behavioral health market for serving larger and more complex provider organizations. In 2020, Credible merged with Qualifacts, and the Credible platform continues to be marketed as one of Qualifacts' core EHR solutions. Today it appears to persist primarily as a product brand/platform within Qualifacts rather than as a standalone independent operating company.
