Creighton Diabetes Center

The Creighton Diabetes Center is a specialized clinical and research institution affiliated with Creighton University and CHI Health, located in Omaha, Nebraska. The center provides comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for patients with Type 1, Type 2, and gestational diabetes, utilizing advanced management tools such as continuous glucose monitoring and insulin pump therapy.
