Crest Solutions

Crest Solutions was an Ireland-based engineering and automation company serving regulated manufacturers, particularly biopharma, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other high-end manufacturing customers. The company provided automation, machine vision, serialization, laboratory and supply-chain process solutions, along with lifecycle and professional services to optimize operational performance rather than develop therapeutics. Crest Solutions became part of the CXV Global alliance with Xyntek and VistaLink and, in October 2022, that platform combined with Panacea Technologies under common ownership. The combined business was later renamed Catalyx, which now operates as the active successor organization. For biotech and pharma analysts, Crest Solutions is best understood as a life-science operations and manufacturing-enablement company, not a drug developer.
