Company intelligence / Profile preview
Crossbow Therapeutics is a biotechnology company pioneering the development of T-cell receptor (TCR)-mimetic antibodies, known as T-Mabs, to target intracellular cancer antigens. Utilizing its proprietary T-Mab platform, the company identifies specific peptide-MHC complexes on the surface of cancer cells and engineers high-affinity antibodies to recognize them. This approach allows the company to target the vast majority of cancer-specific proteins that are located inside the cell and were previously considered undruggable by conventional antibody therapies. Crossbow's mission is to combine the precision of TCR recognition with the potent killing mechanisms and manufacturability of antibodies to provide new treatment options for patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies.
