Overview
BAL0891 is a dual PLK1/TTK inhibitor with demonstrated tumor growth suppression and survival benefit in animal models. It is being evaluated in Phase 2 clinical trials for both solid tumors and blood cancers. CFON‑026 is a best-in-class non-covalent macrocyclic BTK inhibitor active against wild-type and resistant BTK mutants; it is expected to enter clinical trials late 2025. The company’s proprietary EPriL platform enables rapid development of novel degraders and degrader antibody conjugates targeting kinases implicated in therapy resistance or poor response.
