CrowdCare Foundation

HealthTree Foundation, formerly known as the CrowdCare Foundation, is a patient-driven non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating cures for blood cancers and rare diseases through innovative data and technology solutions. Founded in 2012 by multiple myeloma patient Jenny Ahlstrom, the foundation operates the HealthTree Cure Hub, a sophisticated platform that allows patients to track their medical data, discover personalized treatment options, and find clinical trials. The organization also facilitates large-scale research by providing investigators with access to validated, de-identified real-world evidence (RWE) contributed by thousands of patients. Through its integrated suite of tools, including HealthTree University and the HealthTree Research Hub, the foundation empowers patients to become active participants in their own care and the broader scientific search for a cure.
