CS Dermatologie was a prominent French pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of dermatological treatments. Founded in 1991 by Didier Rase through the acquisition of Sanofi's dermatology division (Sauba Dermatologie), the company became a leader in the French market for conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and hormonal skin aging. In 2006, CS Dermatologie was acquired by Sinclair Pharma, which integrated its operations and later sold the non-aesthetic healthcare portfolio to Alliance Pharma in 2015. The company's legacy includes a robust portfolio of established brands such as Oxyplastine, Fazol, Papulex, and Jonctum, which continue to be marketed globally.
