CSC Life Sciences was a prominent business unit of Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) that provided specialized technology solutions, consulting, and business process services to the global pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. The company was a market leader in Regulatory Information Management (RIM) and clinical data solutions, notably through its flagship FirstDoc document management platform and the regulatory submission tools acquired from Image Solutions, Inc. (ISI). Following the 2017 merger of CSC with HPE Enterprise Services to form DXC Technology, the division operated as DXC Life Sciences until its software portfolio was divested to Ennov in 2020. During its peak, CSC Life Sciences was instrumental in helping major life science firms navigate complex global regulatory environments and transition to digital eCTD submissions.
