CSpine

CSpine is an Indiana-based medical device company focused on the design, development, and manufacture of spine and orthopedic implants and instruments. The company has served both as a product manufacturer and as a development/manufacturing partner, offering services from concept through commercialization, including engineering support, regulatory submission support, and testing oversight. In May 2019, CSpine was acquired by WishBone Medical to expand WishBone's capabilities in pediatric spine and spinal deformity solutions. Following the acquisition, CSpine was reported to operate under the name Red Star Medical Solutions as part of the Red Star family. Its core business is in commercial spinal and orthopedic hardware rather than therapeutics or drug development.
