CSS Health, also known historically as Clinical Support Services, is a healthcare technology and pharmacy-services company focused on medication therapy management and medication adherence. The company combined software, clinical pharmacy call-center services, and adherence packaging systems to connect payers, pharmacies, and patients. Its offerings were used by health plans, pharmacies, self-insured employers, and accountable care organizations to improve adherence and lower the cost of care. CSS Health was formed through the combination of Clinical Support Services and Medicine-On-Time. In November 2022, the company was acquired by Clarest Health and its capabilities became part of Clarest's personalized medication management offering.
