CueSquared was a U.S. healthcare technology company that developed a mobile patient payment platform for hospitals, health systems, ambulatory providers, and revenue cycle management vendors. Its core product, Direct MobilePay, enabled providers to send bills and payment requests via SMS and email, allowing patients to review and pay balances without paper statements, app downloads, or portal logins. The company focused on improving self-pay collections, accelerating payment timing, and lowering cost-to-collect for provider organizations. CueSquared served healthcare customers including major U.S. health systems before being acquired by AccessOne in December 2021.
