CureClick

CureClick was a U.S.-based digital health and clinical research technology company focused on improving awareness of and participation in clinical trials. The company built a community-powered crowdsourcing platform that recruited and engaged patient advocates and health influencers to disseminate patient-friendly trial information and support participant enrollment. Its offering was used by study sponsors and research organizations as a patient recruitment and trial access solution rather than as a therapeutics developer. CureClick was founded in 2013 by Fabio Gratton and headquartered in Costa Mesa, California. In April 2022, CureClick was acquired by THREAD, and its technology and ambassador network were integrated into THREAD’s decentralized clinical trial and patient enrollment offering.
