CV Medical was a U.S.-based medical device company focused on equipment management and visualization systems for hospitals, particularly operating-room infrastructure such as boom and support systems for medical devices and accessories. The company was headquartered in Vancouver, Washington and appears to have operated primarily as a commercial-stage device manufacturer rather than a therapeutics developer. Publicly available business databases describe it as founded in 2006 and active in designing, developing, and manufacturing all-in-one equipment management systems for healthcare environments. In May 2023, CV Medical filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, and in February 2024 Ondal Medical Systems announced it had acquired CV Medical's assets and intended to relaunch the technology. As a result, the original company itself does not appear to remain an active independent operating business.
