Overview
Received regulatory approval to begin first-in-human clinical trial in January 2025. The trial will be conducted at CMAX in partnership with Monash University, led by Dr. Stephen Nicholls. The trial includes a traditional SAD/MAD phase 1 component plus enrollment of 12 patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome to assess safety and explore efficacy. All clinical trial material is manufactured and ready for administration, with all IND enabling studies completed successfully showing no predicted toxicological liabilities.
