Cycle Clarity

Cycle Clarity has developed and commercialized an FDA-cleared artificial intelligence platform that automates and standardizes ovarian follicle measurements from ultrasound images, improving accuracy, reproducibility, and efficiency in fertility care. The technology enables remote review of encrypted ovarian and uterine videos by reproductive endocrinologists, supports collaborative care between OB/GYNs and fertility specialists, and aims to set a new global standard for monitoring ovarian stimulation in infertility treatment. Clinical results indicate the software provides high accuracy in follicle identification—trained on over 90,000 annotated follicles—and has been described as disruptive by clinicians for its impact on patient convenience, clinical efficiency, and measurement precision.
