Overview
The company’s lead program, Trappsol® Cyclo™, has shown encouraging safety and efficacy signals in ongoing clinical trials. In the pivotal Phase 3 TransportNPC™ study for NPC1, preliminary data show stabilization or improvement on the Clinical Global Impression–Change scale in most pediatric patients at both the six-month and one-year marks. The drug has been well tolerated across studies. Topline interim analysis from the main trial of over one hundred patients is expected H1 2025. NDA/MAA submissions are targeted for H2 2025.
For Alzheimer’s disease, a Phase 2b trial using intravenous Trappsol® Cyclo™ was initiated based on positive expanded access data.
No products are currently approved or commercialized.
A merger with Rafael Holdings will provide additional resources to advance these programs.
