Cyclotron ARRONAX

ARRONAX is a high-energy cyclotron facility based in Nantes, France, operating as a Public Interest Group (GIP). It specializes in the production of innovative radioisotopes for nuclear medicine, particularly for targeted alpha therapy and PET imaging. The facility operates a unique IBA C70 cyclotron capable of accelerating various particles to high energies, supporting international research in radiochemistry, oncology, and nuclear physics. ARRONAX serves as a critical supplier and contract manufacturer for medical isotopes such as Astatine-211, Strontium-82, and Copper-64. Through its interdisciplinary approach, the organization facilitates the development of new radiopharmaceuticals from basic research to clinical application.
