Cytiva provides critical technologies and services that enable the discovery, development, manufacturing, and delivery of advanced therapeutics. Its solutions are used across the life sciences industry—including by companies developing cell/gene therapies and biologics. In recent years, more than three quarters of FDA-approved biological therapies have relied on Cytiva’s technology for manufacturing support. It has played a key role in supporting over a thousand regenerative medicine clinical trials worldwide through its customers. After integrating with Pall Life Sciences in May 2023 under the Danaher umbrella, it now employs nearly or over ~16,000 people across more than forty countries. Six out of seven approved CAR T-cell therapies include Cytiva solutions as part of their process workflows. Revenue was reported at $3.3 billion USD at launch as an independent brand within Danaher in April 2020; current revenue likely higher post-integration but not specified. No direct pipeline—Cytiva enables pipelines for other companies.
