Overview
CAMP Therapeutics develops cell-permeable, α-helical amphipathic peptides that target and bind cardiolipin in the inner mitochondrial membrane. These peptides preserve cristae structure and enhance ATP production, showing efficacy in preclinical models of sarcopenia and acute kidney injury. The lead candidate CMP3013 has demonstrated promising results in animal studies but has not yet entered clinical trials.
