Overview
Da Zen Theranostics has developed a proprietary platform using imaging dye-drug conjugates that enable precise detection and targeted delivery of chemotherapeutic agents to cancer cells. The lead candidate, DZ-002, has completed or is completing Phase I trials in patients with advanced solid malignancies or lymphoma. Early results indicate the approach can improve efficacy while reducing toxicity by confining therapy to tumor cells and aiding surgical resection through fluorescence guidance. The company plans to initiate Phase II trials at HOAG Cancer Center in early 2025.
