Dalmer Laboratories is a Cuban pharmaceutical company specializing in the development and production of natural-origin drugs and dietary supplements. As the commercial arm of the National Center for Scientific Research (CNIC) and a member of the BioCubaFarma group, the company is best known for its flagship product, Policosanol (PPG), a cholesterol-lowering agent derived from sugar cane wax.
